Jiangsu Washen Builds High Quality Manufacturing System

Jiangsu Washen Fastener Manufacture Co., Ltd. sits in the Chengbei Industrial Park (Jingjiang City, Jiangsu Province) near the prosperous Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone of China. It is adjacent to Shanghai to the east and Nanking to the west, with convenient outward traffic. It is a new high-tech fastener factory that supplies components and parts specifically to the automobile, mid/high voltage cabinet, and household appliance industries. Through years of investment and technical improvement, it has become the leader in the high-end fastener market.

The factory has a standard 8,000 square meters area, 39 production lines, and 6 sets of advanced rivet manufacturing equipment, which annually produces 400 million pieces of structural and automobile rivets, and 600 million pieces of standard rivets. In terms of inspection equipment, Jiangsu Washen has projectors, computerized tensioners, hardness testers, mirror analyzers, and destructive testers to ensure product precision and functionality, satisfy the demand of automobile, cabinet, and electronics industries, and quickly provide clients with testing data.

Procedures from material selection, production, to shipment are all strictly monitored and recorded according to the requirement of the automobile industry. The production is based on the management system of ISO/TS16949, and follows the requirement of IFI114, DIN7337, ISO, and clients’ requests, creating a high quality manufacturing structure.
