Qunfeng Machinery Group comprises three subsidiaries: Yixing Qunfeng Machinery & Equipment, Wuxi Qunda Machinery & Equipment, and Wuxi Zhengyao Machinery. The group mainly supplies fastener forming equipment including Multi-station Bearing-Type High-Speed Cold Former, Multi-station Long-Stroke Parts Cold Former, Gear Bush-Type Large Cold Former, Z51 & Z61 Series of Cold Formers, to name a few.

The group has a precision casting and two equipment manufacturing plants, so it has the exclusive advantage of service other companies do not have, including R&D, precision casting & processing, assembly regulation & testing, and after sale service, showing its robust strength in technical service.

The Qiting town-based precision casting plant mainly casts 5,000 tons of QT500 ductile cast iron (named as FCD50 in Taiwan) annually and it’s also equipped with a laboratory for physical and chemical analyses, demonstrating its extraordinary techniques.

Yixing Qunfengjixie Machinery & Equipment produces Z51/Z61 series of cold formers and Z12 series of heading machines, while Wuxi Zhengyao built in Yixing Economic Development Zone, with the largest investment and the most advanced techniques, started its business in 2006 and mainly produces multi-station cold formers and (Big Powerful) cold formers. These advanced equipment guarantees high precision and interchangeability during manufacturing and ensures the normal operation by users without causing any problem.

In 2013, the group released the economical M20~M36 series of Big Powerful cold formers based on a market research. The largest model of the series is 58B6S, which not only has outstanding forging power, reliable quality, economical pricing, but also can be used to solve the problem of using (smaller diameter wire under large-size parts’ forging situation). Upon its debut in the market, it has soon attracted much of the attention and has seen lots of orders from customers.
