Flexible Rubber Magnets (Ferrite、NdFeB)、Iron Paper

The Flexible Rubber Magnets with Ferrite or NdFeB are made of ferrite magnet powder or NdFeB powder etc., compound with rubber, resin and other materials. To be formed by extruding, injecting, pressing or calendaring, the rubber magnets have different shapes such as strip, sheet, or roll etc. The attractive power of NdFeB Rubber magnets are stronger than Ferrite rubber magnets, but the NdFeB rubber magnets will easy rusty, and the Ferrite rubber magnets are almost not rusty. But, the flexible NdFeb magnetis strip can be inserted into soft PVC sleeve to avoid rusty. Due to the flexible rubber magnets are quite flexible and easy to machining, so depend on the customers’ design, they can be pressed or cut into any shapes. The flexible rubber magnets are normally to be magnetized with multi-poles magnetization on one side, because the attractive power is more stonger by this method. Based on customer's demend, the ferrite rubber magnets can be laminated following material on surface. 1. Art papers for screen-printing or offset printing 2. Color PVC: White, Black, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Orange etc. (Special colors have MOQ request.) 3. Double side Tape or customized brand adhesive Tape. 4. PVC with glassy film which available for writing by whiteboard pen. 5. Other materials such as foam, EVA etc., but there are MOQ requested. Besides, we can supply ''Magnetic Paper'' for A3, A4 and A5 size with thickness just 0.3mm that can be printed by any printing machine. We also can supply '' Iron Paper'' with thickness of 0.4mm & 0.5mm, this product can also be used by pasting colored PVC or paper on the surface according to customer requirements.
