A walk in Hisener's highly intelligent manufacturing facility— every coil of wire, every box of semi-finished goods, and even every single screw flows through a sophisticated system of precise computation and data management. Quality here is not just a standard, it is a result that can be tracked, verified, and replicated. What comes into view is a benchmark achievement in China's fastener industry as it advances toward high-end smart manufacturing.

“Full-process Carbon Reduction” Starts at the Source
The wire rod warehouse is the first stop in understanding the company's quality philosophy. Incoming materials must pass inspection by the quality control department before entering the automated high-bay warehouse. With a capacity of 1,500 tons, the warehouse utilizes a WMS system and QR code management, assigning a unique identity to each wire coil. A simple scan retrieves the designated coil automatically, significantly improving efficiency, eliminating material mix-ups, and reducing unnecessary searching, handling, and space waste—ultimately contributing to energy savings and carbon reduction.

Machinery and tooling are critical in determining product quality. The company operates 283 machines sourced from leading Taiwanese manufacturers and 72 from well-known Chinese suppliers, covering processes such as heading, drill forming, threading, straightening, and washer assembly. Equipment selection prioritizes precision and stability, while high wear-resistant, high-precision tooling materials establish a strong hardware foundation for quality. Meanwhile, a standardized maintenance system combining regular calibration and tooling lifecycle management ensures that all equipment consistently operates at optimal conditions, allowing product quality to meet and even exceed industry standards!
One of Asia's Few “Full-process Automated Operations”
What truly stands out is the “invisible coordination” of the entire logistics system. From heading, threading to heat treatment and packaging, material flow between processes does not rely on manual handling. Instead, ERP and WMS systems are integrated with auto-storage systems and automated guided vehicles. Algorithms direct each material box to the correct process node while optimizing routes in real time to prevent congestion and mis-delivery.

With many factories still in pilot stages, Hisener has already transformed unmanned transport into a stable, everyday production capability—achieving genuine full-process automation. This smart manufacturing capability is reflected in its flagship stainless steel screws. Hisener's quality requirements cover material purity, dimensional tolerances, thread precision, and corrosion resistance. Through rigorous process control and stable equipment performance, its products deliver excellent strength, appearance and reliable long-term performance. For customers, this translates to lower maintenance risks and greater confidence in use.
Quality at the Core of Smart Manufacturing
The key to making this possible lies in “traceability”. The company has established a “one item, one QR code” system, where each batch of material is linked to information such as composition, batch number, and origin upon entry. Throughout production, every processing step, inspection, and transfer is recorded and updated in real time. Packaging, order, and logistics data are also synchronized, ensuring every batch of product is fully traceable from source to delivery, forming a complete quality control loop.

At the other end of the factory, the showroom presents the company's responsiveness to market demand. Various packaging options are neatly displayed, from standard to customized designs tailored to customer needs. As the world moves toward an efficient and low-carbon future, Hisener demonstrates through mature smart factory that quality is not merely inspected—it is designed, managed, and executed with precision!
