Having excellent cold and hot forging technology, Fong Yien Industrial Co., Ltd. mainly produces DIN 444 eyebolts, JIS B1168/1169 shoulder eye bolts & nuts, special eyebolts, and special cold/hot forged fasteners. For more than 40 years, it has obtained orders from many European and Japanese customers due to its excellent quality and relatively reasonable prices. In 2020, it started the production program of ASME B18.15 shoulder eye bolts to expand the U.S. market. Although it used to produce products of European and Japanese specifications, with this new shoulder eye bolt, Fong Yien is able to show the world its expertise in product development and its ability to meet the needs of customers in different market segments.
Fong Yien has just started its sales into the U.S. market recently, but has already established a warehouse there. With the changing consumption habits of buyers in the market during the epidemic and the experience of successfully working with customers in the EU and Japan, Fong Yien is gradually increasing its sales proportion in the US market. In addition to strengthening links with local distribution channels and leveraging B2C and B2B advantages, it is also showing positive performance in e-commerce channels. It is also selling products with its own brands through Amazon.com to strengthen its brand awareness in the N. American market.
In terms of processing, Fong Yien is one of the few companies in the market that has both hot forging and secondary processing facilities. The CNC machines in the factory, which can accurately control the quality of secondary processing, help it create better precision and surface finish than its competitors, and it has even successfully entered the motor production and rigging industries, which require high load capacity and safety coefficients for shoulder eye bolts.
