Hendrickson acquires the U-bolt, pin and screw business segment from the Austrian Frauenthal Group. The signing took place on May 30th, 2018, and the final title transfer will take place in June 2018. The acquisition includes the manufacturing facility in Torun, Poland, along with 200 employees who will join Hendrickson Commercial Vehicle Systems Europe. “This acquisition will widen our product portfolio and provide components that can complement our existing product lines. We look forward to working with our new colleagues and strengthening our business across Europe in the coming year,” stated Gary Gerstenslager, president and chief executive officer of Hendrickson.
