Chin Lih Hsing (CLH) was founded in 1988. It is a manufacturer of machine and CNC parts for the automotive, telecommunication, industrial, and electronics industries. In New Taipei City, CLH has an 8,000 square meter production site and office with a monthly capacity that reaches up to 80 million pieces. Currently, CLH is producing inserts for plastics, clinching series for thin plates, and customized CNC parts. Although most of the products are mostly made of brass, CLH has the ability to manufacture steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. CLH can manufacture parts with a maximum outer diameter of 40 mm and the length can reach up to 280mm. For the past 30 years, CLH has been known for supplying precise products and has been acclaimed by the fastener and related industries in the global supply chain.

CLH - An Export-oriented Company that Continues to Benefit High-end American & European Markets
Apart from the standard parts provided by CLH, they are able to manufacture different parts that cater to the clients’ requests. CLH is equipped with 200 auto lathe machines, 30 CNC machines, 12 slotting machines and multiple sets of secondary processing machines. Therefore, CLH is able to produce products in clients’ desired materials and specifications while offering the best suited solution for their clients. CLH fulfills customized applications and demands for clients from America and Europe. Moreover, quality inspection procedure is very important for CLH. There are 7 automatic sorting machines to examine the diameter, total length, the height and the roundness of the head, and the shank diameter and length. Additionally, CLH possesses projector, functional tester, and hardness tester to strictly monitor the quality of all finished parts before they are delivered to their clients. The stringent quality management and mindset enable CLH to export a whopping 90% of their products to American and European high-end clientele.

Moreover, CLH’s adherence to quality and endeavors in their special quality control system has enabled them to acquire the ISO 9001 certificate in 1997, QS 9000 certificate in 2002 and DNV-certified ISO/TS16949 certificate in 2006. Furthermore, CLH’s acquisition of the latest IATF 16949 certificate marks a new milestone for its quality management.
