Located in the Wufeng District of Taichung City, Taiwan, Jia Huiqiao is a professional CNC precision components processing plant with abundant experience in CNC machining, CNC lathing-milling combination processing. Jia Huiqiao mainly processes aluminum and copper products including various hardware components like manual/pneumatic tool parts, machine parts, bicycle parts, assorted flashlight parts, air pump parts, as well as special hardware such as umbrella rib joints. Processing size is 10mm-35mm (external diameter). The company can ensure the processing retains high stability. It adopts the machines and precise measuring equipment with stable processing capability to satisfy clients’ needs.

Jia Huiqiao uses fully automatic CNC lathes and fully automatic lathing/milling combination machines as part of its production equipment. Utilizing the complete functions and features of the equipment, the company can finish customizing parts in a single processing to save costs, improve the consistency of quality, and increase production efficiency. Therefore clients will no longer have to run around bothered by the cumbersome procedures of processing.

Regarding its quality testing equipment, Jia Huiqiao is equipped with 2D semi-measuring gages, projectors, and even finished component cutter machines that are rare in small scale processing plants. Additionally, the company has electronic/finger plate type vernier calipers, depth gages, inside micrometers, outside micrometers, etc.

Jia Huiqiao can independently provide various precision components processing. Besides, it has good collaborative upstream and downstream partners such as those of milling, anode laser engraving, electroplating, polishing and grinding. It handles production lines all the way to the delivery of finished products, satisfying various clients needs.
