3M has unveiled a solution for when true structural bonding requirements are specified by the automotive OEMs for collision repair – the 3M Impact Resistant Structural Adhesive 07333/57333.

3M Impact Resistant Structural Adhesive is a two-part epoxy adhesive that provides an extended work time, but can be rapidly cured with heat. 3M Impact Resistant Structural Adhesive has adhesion to a wide variety of automotive substrates including steel and aluminum. This adhesive is recommended for all weld-bonded and rivet-bonded joints. Other features include:

1. Excellent extreme temperature performance
2. Can be cured with heat (30 min at 80°C)
3. Dispenses silver, cures purple to indicate
4. Corrosion inhibiting formula with lifetime corrosion protection
