Tohnichi Mfg. Co., Ltd developed the world's first solar-charged QLBL Series wireless fool-proof torque wrench and started sales on April 21. QLBL is suitable for next -generation (eco-friendly) factories and does not require batteries, thus eliminating battery cost and the time for battery replacement. QLBL is a combination of ratchet preset type torque wrench and a signal transmitter which can send signals under indoor illumination of any common factory. Operators only have to initiate the torque wrench, and wireless communication configuration will be done automatically. QLBL  is pending for patent.
