Guann Yeong: Offering Products for All Industries Leads to Successful Production & Sales Results

As opposed to the fastener manufacturing heartland in Southern Taiwan, the Taichung-based fasteners and hardware developer, Guann Yeong Metal Co., Ltd., stands head and shoulders above others. With a 1,983 sqm manufacturing base and a 2,314 sqm warehouse, Guang Yeong can control its production and logistics at the same time. It is able to provide small batches of products in various specifications and thousands of fasteners and hardware are stocked in the warehouse. R&D and Innovation are the First and Foremost
To achieve better sales, president Jason Liao of Guann Yeong said frankly, ”Product quality is a key to continuous return of customers. We devote ourselves to innovation and R&D instead of standard parts, and optimize our automatic production lines of forging and machining for customized order intake, which demonstrates our flexibility and efficiency in prototyping.” The company has precision cold forming machines of 1-die 2-blow to 6-die 6-blow, automatic threading machines, and fixed/sliding headstock CNC milling machines from Japan. President Liao thinks that R&D and innovation are a rule of thumb to an export-centric manufacturer.
Setup of a Cleansing House to Defend for Product Quality
Guann Yeong specializing in precision hardware does not have to face pressure from land leases, so it can pay all its attention to quality control of products. In addition to installation of complete devices in the QC laboratory, the company also introduced “cleansing house” in 2014. QC manager Ben Yang said, “Such a procedure before deliveries is appreciated by customers from the medical device industry.” President Liao then added, “So far, we are dedicated to hardware parts for car models and medical devices. However, the development of metallic hardware for the automotive and construction industry is still the most potential.” It is believed that, with a diverse range of product portfolio, Guann Yeong can definitely succeed in production and sales results.
