2014 TFTA Training Sessions Launched！

The 2014 edition of Taiwan Fastener Trading Association (TFTA) training sessions have been officially started in March. One of the training sessions was held in Gangshan, Kaohsiung on March 27, attracting the attendance of more than 100 members. In addition, several TFTA directors joined and provided onsite service, including chief secretary Ricky Hsang (ND Industries), head of training committee Chi Hung Chen (Gwo Lian), director Alex Chen (Chien Tsai), Berlin Liu (Sanit Hill), head of service committee Barry Yu (Jioou Nain Shiouh), director Kik Chang (JUN-CHANG), and Mike Chen (WEI-I).

To help members fulfill themselves with professional industry knowledge and deepened technical proficiency combined with theoretical and practical applications, head director Chi Hung Chen is discussing with many universities for giving short-term credit-earning courses for the master degree. His aim is to foster the perfect combination of “Knowledge + Techniques” within Taiwanese fastener industry.

The 3 speeches for this training session are: “Experience from Predecessors---Requesting Compensation”, “Charity Event Orientation---Love and Embrace Mentally Retarded Children”, and “Communicating Styles of Managers”.
