Italian producer SARIV Srl has finalized the acquisition of the production of Self-Fix Metals – a structural rivet producer based in Israel. The agreement is based on the transfer of all equipment, machinery and tools to SARIV’s production site in Italy. This move will enable SARIV to enlarge its production capacity of structural rivets. In addition Sariv acquired the patent of Ultra-Bolt® rivet, which offers extraordinary high strength together with versatile grip range.  “This acquisition enables us to increase our structural production capacity by over 50%. It has also enabled us to gain flexibility and develop our understanding in products that we haven’t produced before,” explains Nicola Sartore of SARIV.  Self-Fix Metals will continue its trading activities as one of Israel's largest importers of fasteners and fixings products.
