Japanese Yamazaki Active Coalesces with 3 Companies to Develop and Sell New Anti-loosening Bolts

Last October Yamazaki Active Co. Ltd was admitted by the "New Coalition Plan", a
government-supported project to assist different fields of SMEs to expand business areas. Through this plan the company has officially cooperated with 3 other companies to develop and sell the new anti-loosening bolt and nut called "Active X". This coalition is recognized and supported by the Japanese government. Yamazaki Active acts as the "core company" in charge of R&D; Hayashi Forging Co. Ltd in charge of producing large bolts and nuts through cold and hot forging machinery; Ogawa Industry in charge of designing and manufacturing nuts through its parts formers. Moreover, "Active X" will be distributed through the expert of distribution routes, Sunco Industry Co. Ltd. This makes a coalition of 4 corporate bodies.
