2014-02-14

Realix has started prodcution & sales of its "RX Nut" since November 2013. The product is made of brass, and its bottom seat has a circular recess that contains an O-ring that can prevent damage to the fastened object while achieving anti-loosening, anti-vibration, and anti-noise effect. "RX Nut" is anticipated to simplify or eliminate the process of using washers. Realix is exploring more diversified usage for this product.

The fact of utilizing the recess and the O-ring to nip the object will bring about the following advantages: 1. The nut does not directly contact the object, eliminating the posibility of damaging the object. 2. Anti-loosening and anti--vibration. 3. If the object is also made of metal, RX Nut can prevent noise during fastening. 4. Reusable and simplifying the process and management cost.
