Cheng I Drawing -- Passing on Industrial Experience to Head for the Newt 40 Years

On January 1st 2013, Cheng I Drawing Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially launched in succession of 40 running years of Cheng I Machinery Co., Ltd. (since 1970). Cheng I Drawing Machinery follows and extends the service responsibility and professional techniques; in the meantime introduces new technology and employs young generations. General Manager Steven Wang says, "We will continue the history of Cheng I, and open up a bright future for Cheng I Drawing Machinery!"
Long-term Planning to Establish an Automated Plant
Proficient in metal wire drawing machines, Cheng I Drawing Machinery inherits its predecessor’s techniques, equipment, and personnel. Currently, it is making all efforts to acquire CE certification in order to assure clients of best quality products, including blasting machines, wire drawing machines, galvanizing equipment, and linear cutting machines.Applicable wire diameter mainly ranges from 0.4mm to 55mm, and materials include iron, steel, copper, and alloy.
Currently, Asia, South America, and Eastern Europe are the focus and target of Cheng I Drawing Machinery's foreign sales, with 70% of its products exporting outwards, and 30% sold domestically. It is proactively grabbing purchase orders from developing countries such as the Middle East and South America. Furthermore, it provides value-added service to cope with clients' operational problems and after-market services.
So far the company spans 1,653 square meters. It will gradually expand its size onto its surrounding 3,306 square meter open space. In addition, it puts emphasis on "quality", "capacity", and "automation" to replace labor with machinery, reduce cost and product damage, and reach the required capacity.
"Honesty", "Quality", and "Innovation"
Speaking of the core value of the company, Mr. Wang points out "Honesty", "Quality", and "Innovation" as the most crucial principles. He states that the three principles should be followed in sequence. A company with credibility can vouch clients for best quality of products, which in return can go through continuous breakthroughs and innovations to transform into tailor-made products for both the company and the clients!
While inheriting Cheng I's notions and foundation , Cheng I Drawing Machinery will advance R&D to create bigger profit space for clients as well as win their absolute trust!
