Asia Sourcing Corp. The U.S. takes the most part of the company’s business volume up to 80%, while Europe takes 12%, and Japan 8%. AST is particularly superior for its cooperation with experienced processing factories; thus AST is proficient in relevant processing methods for machinery hardware and electronic components. 

 

“It is our core competitiveness to provide professional processing service.” The reason why AST successfully established its credibility in the field can attribute to Wang’s rich experiences and strong social relationships with people. Working as an apprentice in the factory in the very beginning, Wang later performed his military service in the armory. During the service, he learned everything he could in every sector. He was especially familiar with the knowledge about weapons and processing of machinery. After the service, he once worked as a sales engineer, a hardware import & export broker, and a representative of a foreign business corporation in Far East. Thus, those numerous work experiences help AST start with a solid foundation. “Due to harsh competitiveness in the field now, we must possess the ability to meet every customer’s demand if we want to maintain our business.” Owing to Wang’s proficiency in techniques, familiarity with every manufacturing process, and the fact that he always provides the most appropriate suggestion to customers, AST wins their trust. As some industries moved their factories to other countries, AST was determined to stay in Taiwan. Its long-prepared business center was launched in December 2011. This five-story building includes the sales office, quality control room, assembly production line, and stock area. In this whole new place, Wang expects to keep providing the best service to customers with its three competitive priorities, “high quality, high efficiency, and low price.” “No.1 Service has always been our dominant goal.” By setting up the center, Wang aims to reach the goals of integrated service and marketing as well as enhanced service efficiency. In the future, in order to get more OEM, ODM, and even OBM orders, the company will start from the business center and actively attend global main exhibitions of hardware, industry, and medical treatment.

 

Following its business strategy, AST has remained steady and down-to-earth. Its overall revenue has again achieved a higher growth in 2011. With the help of the new business center, the company is expected to see a growth of 10~20%. In addition to maintaining its solid base in the Western market, AST plans to build sourcing offices in China and India to increase source of supply. Besides, it has planned to build a new factory mainly for assembly production line in Bali, New Taipei City. If business volume increases in the future, the new factory can operate immediately.
