Masterpiece Hardware started of 30 years ago as a hardware maker and included in its production different screws. In the current 10,000 square meter factory, Masterpiece now specializes in the production of woodworking and anchors. The size ranges from 2,5 mm to 12mm in external diameter and in length of 10mm to 450 mm. These fasteners are designed specifically for construction and industrial usage. We export mainly to the European market, catering both to importers and retailers and we are rapidly expanding our market share in America and other countries.

Besides ISO 9001, it meets new European regulations with recent EN14566 and EN14592 certification, showing its pertinence in the European market.

Excellent R&D and Design Capability. Besides product differentiation, the company integrates a series of manufacturing process according to clients demand. Starting from R&D and new product design, it uses 3D graphics to present product appearance and specifications before proofing, and make models through CNC machining and rapid prototyping, providing thorough service and communication access to our mutual benefits.

 

The company uses various packaging alternatives ( blister packs, plastic barrels and containers, folding PE bags, labeling) and automated packaging process, offering clients the product they are looking for. Current packaging capacity is up to two containers a day. 

We produce a wide variety of metal and nylon anchor crating the design, controlling mould making and managing the whole process although outsourcing production. We assure total quality and constancy of the product on top of compatibility of anchors and screws.
