Endries Expands Engineered Fastener Business with Blue Chip Acquisition

Endries International has acquired the business and assets of Blue Chip Engineered Products, a Kentucky-based supplier of custom-engineered fasteners, components and value-added services. The deal, announced July 1, comes with undisclosed financial terms.
Based in Erlanger, Kentucky, Blue Chip has served manufacturers since 1984, supplying custom industrial fasteners, metal stampings and electronic hardware for industries including automotive, medical devices and lighting. Blue Chip will continue operating from its Erlanger facility, with founder Ken Sanker remaining as General Manager. Endries said the acquisition will strengthen its capabilities in industrial and high-specification markets by combining Blue Chip’s customized engineering expertise and customer-focused services with Endries’ global distribution and supply chain network.
Blue Chip offers vendor-managed inventory, kitting, packaging, design support and sourcing services. Its product portfolio includes assemblies, nuts, molded parts, stampings, weld products and wire forms.
The acquisition marks Endries' first since November 2024, when it acquired Florida-based Assembly Fasteners.
