Hebei Chaishi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Chaishi") specializes in the manufacture and export of bolts, nuts, railroad fastening components, self-drilling screws, threaded rods, washers, and special fasteners for OEM production and customization, and is headquartered in Yongnian District of Handan City, a famous standard parts production base in North China. Focus on Technological Innovation and Introduction of New Equipment

Understanding the highly competitive and diversified nature of the fastener industry, Chaishi has been committed to upgrading its manufacturing technology since its establishment and has paid particular attention to the improvement of existing equipment and the introduction of new highly-efficient equipment. Following this entrepreneurial spirit and development philosophy, Chaishi has continued to expand its production scale and customer service. At this stage, its factory has reached a size of 5,000 sq. m with 60 employees and dozens of sets of processing equipment. With a monthly production capacity of 3,000 tons, it provides development and manufacturing of various fasteners used for railroads, auto parts, locks, mines, construction, power, transportation, photovoltaic, bearings, cables/wires, and many other industry sectors, such as hex bolts, threaded rods, foundation bolts, stud bolts, square bolts, Allen key bolts, and screws.

"In order to ensure that our customers receive high quality products, we have not only mature production technology, but also comprehensive fastener testing equipment (incl. hardness testers, tensile strength testers, zinc layer thickness testers, spectral testers, weighbridges, environmental equipment and other product testing equipment) and testing personnel. Our geographical advantage also puts us ahead of many of our peers in providing a one-stop service that integrates R&D, production, sales, service and distribution. We even have many engineers and technicians experienced in the design and manufacture of fasteners and can stand on the front line to do the most stringent quality control for our customers' products," said General Manager Chai.

Not Only Standard Parts, But Also Customized Services Have Been Praised by the Industry

Chaishi's products have been certified by ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and CE and are widely used in photovoltaic, wind power, machinery, railroads, highways, bridges, etc. Its products have not only been sold well in China, but also gained high appraisal and feedback in the important fastener demand markets in Europe, America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

“Backed by experienced management/technical/logistics/financial staff, customized technology is also Chaishi's strength," said General Manager Chai. “In the future, we plan to apply for more international certifications for fasteners and participate in the PV project of Power Construction Corporation of China. On top of the existing markets, we will further expand our trade and large-scale cooperation projects in South America, North America, Russia, Central Asia, Australia and Southeast Asia in 2024."
