Jin Hsiang Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a professional CNC turning and milling factory, specializing in the development and production of metal parts. Its two manufacturing sites with the area of about 1,300 sq m in total have achieved an annual turnover of NT$100 million, thanks to the introduction of high performance equipment, careful process technology and quality management strategies that meet international standards.

Expanding into High-end Applications

Since its establishment in 1986, Jin Hsiang has introduced more than 40 Swiss-type turning and milling machines, fixed headstock turning & milling machines, cam auto lathes, and milling machines from Taiwan and Japan. Backed by these high performance machines and its high quality and stable production process, Jin Hsiang’s metal parts have been used in a wide range of applications such as automotive parts, bicycle parts, machinery parts, medical parts, and fastening parts.

“We offer products made of copper, iron, alloy steel, aluminum, stainless steel and engineered plastics in sizes from 1mm to 200mm. After CNC turning and milling, we can also assist in the post-processing of forging, stamping, heat treatment, surface treatment and assembly. We provide customers with one-stop OEM service, ” said Jin Hsiang.

Introduction of Intelligent Production System

Since Jin Hsiang specializes in the OEM production of high-end precision parts, it pays special attention to quality control. On the one hand, it continues to introduce advanced measuring equipment and gauges, and on the other hand, it has implemented ISO 9001 and other quality management systems and strengthened employee education and training in order to achieve uniform quality standards and pass on measurement experience. In addition to obtaining the ISO 13485 medical material certification and the ISO 9001 quality management system after 2016, it has also started to introduce intelligent production systems such as IoT and MES since 2022. Because of its persistence and dedication to quality, Jin Hsiang’s export results have been very successful, with nearly 70% of its products being sold to Europe and America (USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia), and the remaining 30% being sold to Japan, Taiwan and other Asian markets.
