South Africa Announces Final Determination on AD Investigation Against Certain Imported Threaded Fasteners of Iron and Steel

       On February/10/2020, South Africa announced its final determination on the antidumping investigation against certain imported threaded fasteners of iron and steel and will impose three phases of ad valorem protective measures upon products involved in this case, which include: 54.04% at phase I (March/27/2020-March/26/2021), 52.04% at phase II (March/27/2021-March/26/2022), and 50.04% at phase III (March/27/2022-March/26/2023). Products involved are 7318.15.41, 7318.15.42 and 7318.16.30. The investigation period is between July/01/2014-June/30/2018.
 
       This investigation was launched after South African Iron and Steel Institute submitted its application on March 01, 2019.
