Kistler Group's German Headquarters Gains Environmental Management Certification

Kistler Instrumente GmbH of Sindelfingen has become the first facility in the Kistler Group to gain ISO 14001 certification. Kistler puts its commitment to ecological responsibility and sustainability into practice by continuously improving and regularly assessing its environmental management system - for the benefit of the environment, the company's employees, and its customers.
In summer 2019, Kistler Instrumente GmbH underwent an audit as per DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 - with successful results. This standard defines the requirements for an effective environmental management system in a company. The focus is on strategies for environmental policies and targets as well as continuous improvement processes. The objective: to reduce harmful substances and environmental pollution on a long-term basis. Accident and liability risks are minimized, with savings on waste, water and energy costs.
