As a result, several Indian steel companies are appealing to the government for taking any possible protective measures to against it.

According to a report by Reuters on May 16th, Indian steel companies are quite worried about the influx of Chinese steel products into India. It is also known that Indian leading steel corporations, such as JSW Steel Ltd, Steel Authority of India, Tata Steel, Jindal Steel and Power have met with officials from the Indian Government, and they appealed to the authorities for taking actions as soon as possible.
