CBSA Revised List of Co-operative Exporters for Certain Steel Fasteners

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has revised the list of co-operative exporters with specific normal values for certain steel fasteners originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan. This notice is to advise you that normal values have been issued for products manufactured by Top-Green Corporation of Taiwan. These will be applicable to subject goods released from Customs on or after June 30, 2010. Where the foreign manufacturers and/or exporters listed below have normal values for their goods, importers are cautioned that anti-dumping duty may still be liable. Specific normal values for future shipments have been determined for the following cooperative exporters listed below.
