Minnesota Industries has been serving the mining industry for more than 30 years. The company got its start as a fastener supplier and has grown over the years to a “full-blown” MRO supply house. There are currently 17 employees company-wide. The company offers a full line of fasteners, shop supplies, tools and repair supplies, material handling, and safety supplies and equipment.

With roughly 80 percent of its business tied to mining. With the recent uptick in the mining industry, the company is seeing business picking up. The company said it's important to support the American steel industry. Buying American, the company said, is something that is important to Minnesota Industries and is something the companies they supply look for.
