SouthernCarlson has announced the addition of Sacramento, CA-based River City Building Supply, Inc. The acquisition was finalized on March 31, expanding the organization’s Northern California footprint and service capabilities. River City Building Supply is a distributor of fasteners, fastening equipment and other critical construction supplies featuring brands such as Simpson Strong-Tie, Paslode, Hitachi, DeWalt, Makita, Senco, Hitachi, Rolair, Grabber, Klein Dayton Superior and many others. SouthernCarlson is a national distributor of construction and packaging fasteners, tools, machines and supplies. SouthernCarlson employs over 900 people and serves customers across the country and internationally from over 150 locations. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
