Rising import costs caused the the operating profits of the company to decrease. Eventually the company had to sell lands to make the profits go up.

Expecting the demand boost with Tokyo Olympics, the company is enhancing its operations in Tokyo and increasing the number of staff there. The effect of the increased number of contract will appear in the next financial period.
