Fastener Specialist with 38 Years’ Experience

Hwaguo Fasteners was founded in 1977 as a standard screw manufacturer in Northern Taiwan. We started by serving domestic customers in Taiwan, followed by expanding to Asian countries and finally with globalization in the middle of 80s to the Middle East, South Africa, North America and European countries. Today, we have 53 associates serving customers throughout over 80 countries worldwide and are ISO 9001:2008 certified!

Since the 1980s, we have experienced our greatest transition from producing and exporting standard fasteners to mainly customized and special fastening parts. We use the most efficient and economical methods in production, such as heading, stamping, and CNC machining. In order to ensure the highest quality for automotive customers, we have acquired optical sorting machines and tensile testers to carry out tests according to customers’ specifications.  

In the past 38 years we accumulated vast production and technical experiences,  helping us provide customers with the best customized fastening solutions at the best prices, fastest lead times, either small or large quantities, and excellent quality!

Our late founder, Mr. Lai-You Wang, gave the company its name and a distinct Camel logo. Success does not only mean monetary growth, it also encompasses serving customers worldwide with honesty and sincerity. Our Camel Values are the source of our strength and hold true until today! Most of our main customers have been cooperating with us for over a decade! We are chosen for our innovative strength, efficiency and quality of work in providing the best customized fastening solutions! We act according to our Core Camel Values, and are strongly determined to jointly achieve goals together!

In order to cooperate and enhance customer relationships further, we have been participating in all major international fastener fairs to meet customers face to face. With current economic recovery in major industrial markets, our company expects a stable growth between 10-15% in 2015.

Smooth Negotiation with Customers

As markets have become highly competitive, simultaneous engineering together with our customers is our key to continuous improving part design and production efficiency. During our face to face meeting with customers, customers brought their assembly parts for discussion. We helped them find current tooling suitable for use. This helps save on new tooling costs. Many of our long term customers are very grateful for our effort and we have established very strong friendship and partnership with them.

Our Prospect

We are convinced that Taiwan will continue to produce and design the highest quality industrial fasteners, with extremely fast response and flexibility. In order to improve our competitiveness and differentiate us from neighboring countries further, our government should continue to help us reduce material, electricity and oil costs. We hope to increase Hwaguo Fasteners’ exposure even further to new customers. We have taken the initiative and becoming more proactive in visiting customers overseas to understand future needs and future market potentials.
