B/E Aerospace, Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of aircraft cabin interior products and the world’s leading provider of aerospace fasteners, consumables and logistics services, today announced that it will hold an investor meeting in New York, NY on Monday, December 1, 2014 to review 2015 financial guidance and the outlook for both B/E Aerospace, Inc. and KLX Inc. as separate public companies. Amin J. Khoury, Founder, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer, Werner Lieberherr, President and Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Tom McCaffrey, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host the meeting. In addition, Joe Lower, who will become Chief Financial Officer of B/E Aerospace on the effective date of the distribution, and Mike Senft, who is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of KLX, will also be available to answer questions. The meeting will be webcast beginning at 9:30 am Eastern time on Monday, December 1, 2014.
