Japan's EISEN Rolls out SPS Series Screw Position Gauge

EISEN Co.Ltd's SPS Series Screw Position Gauge is a ground-breaking product combining the functions of screw gauge and pin gauge.

 

It is highly acclaimed by the market for improving thread check efficiency. Product feature: The thread part of SPS is equivalent to the GO side of a thread gauge and can check GO/NO GO of a threaded hole. Users can evaluate perpendicularity via the gap of pin gauge part's surface. EISEN is planning to develop concrete screw plug gauge and super-hard screw plug gauge used for metal screws, and both the gauges will have 5 to 10 times longer life span than that of steel plug gauge.
