Sheh Kai is a screw and wire manufacturer. Its major product “bi-metal screw”, which is mainly used for building solar plants, represents 65-70% of its total revenue, With the recovery of the solar industry this year, Sheh Kai regained the strength for growth (reporting NT$0.306 billion revenue in the first half of this year, up 14.02% over the same period last year; net profit after tax for Q1 was NT$15.25 million; EPS was NT$0.37). The revenue of Sheh Kai in the first half of this year was in a positive growth and the profit for Q2 is also expectable. After the date for ex rights and ex dividends on July 24, its stock price was on the rise and stopped at NT$34 (greatly over the expected price of NT$32.4).
