As the solar market expands, to respond to the demand for mega-solar power facility, in Japan comes the first (and currently the only) screw maker to tap into the solar market. Tokyo Neji Seisakusho has started to sell its exclusive product "D-Lock" as the anchor bolt for solar panel rack and solar module. Apart from its performance, the biggest strength about D-lock lies in the company's service structure that provides production control intelligence and performance evaluation for users. This so-called "Packaged Guarantee Service" includes managing small-lot purchase of bolts and nuts, suggesting evaluation for various client-owned inspection machines, and advising for application and torque management, ensuring traceability upon production control management.
