TCI Expects Increasing Sales Supported by Virtual + Real Distribution Channels

U.S. TCI, the subsidiary of Ta Chen International sells over 10 thousand kinds of stainless steel and industrial products made by 40 leading steel plants through virtual on-line order and real sales operations and warehouses. Its monthly sales are USD4 million contributed by about 1,800 customers and 75% of sales are completed online. Among the top 50 stainless steel processors in the U.S., over 30 of them are TCI’s customers. TCI offers a wide variety of products and can be purchased online at any time (as a 7-11 convenient store for the stainless steel industry).
 
After the successful buildup of its U.S. stainless steel distribution channels, Ta Chen International then founded another similar company that copies the way of how the previous success was made, in order to expand the global distribution channels for fasteners. Both companies will definitely boost the entire group to keep continuous growth. Senior VP of TCI Mr. Chang said that a perfect online marketing platform and a complete range of product lines should be able to satisfy customers’ demands for quick and one-stop shopping.  TCI and the related companies have established their advantageous competitiveness in both U.S. stainless steel and global fastener markets.
