Chun Zu CBF-164UL New Machine Release

The leading fastener machine manufacturer in Taiwan, Chun Zu Machinery, made an official debut on March 28th, 2014 of its new flagship machine model- Super Long Screw Forming Machine. This is not only a milestone of Chun Zu for its technical development, but is also a remarkable innovation for the global fastener industry.
The CBF-164UL cold forged part former specifically for long screws is able to replace the current hot forged screw formers in the market. It is not difficult to manufacture long screws, but is difficult to forge long and thin wire rod and keep the strength and stability of screws at the same time. CBF-164UL with the capacity of 30-35 pieces per min. is suitable for 18mm wire rod and is mainly used for the automotive application with strict requirement for quality.
The first CBF-164UL has been bought by one Kaohsiung-based company before the debut. Buyers from Turkey, Germany, and other markets have also contacted us for inquiries. Chun Zu Managing director Hu for the Great China region sees good future for the new model in China.
