Yuan Yeah Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of various specifications of lathes & digital-control components, forged parts, stamping parts, and molds in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, zinc, and bronze as per customer’s demand. Products are mainly for door/window hardware, automobiles, and machines applications, which shows the company’s capabilities of product customization and dealing with POs of OEM/ODM.
Founded in 1987, most Yuan Yeah’s suppliers are located in Europe, Asia, and Americas. Its products are compliant with the requirements of ISO9001 and customers. 90% of its exports are for the European market. With nearly 30 years of R&D experience and results appreciated by customers, its automotive hardware and fasteners are also admired by BMW and Mercedes-Benz, demonstrating its successful market deployment in Europe.
Compared to other markets, European market players displays higher stability and independence. Although the requirement for quality is high, the prices are reasonable and buyers will not place orders without advanced consideration. However, Yuan Yeah’s business running does not always go smoothly. It once faced abrupt cancellation of the customer’s orders due to some “prices” reasons, which put it into a difficult situation but also offered the opportunity for Yuan Yeah to increase the level of its production techniques and make market segmentation. General Manager Yuen-Chih Liu of Yuan Yeah said, “We flexibly use more than one processing ways including machining, forging, or combined processing of over 2 methods to cater to each customer’s characteristic and demand. With years of experience, we always stand in customers’ shoes to see what will be the best for them and offer the most competitive prices and the most appropriate suggestion.
