The new packing line was installed in steel-rolling manufacture of EVRAZ ZSMK. On the modern equipment supersize coils of a welding wire are packed into a waterproof material. Packing does not admit formation of a condensate during the transportation, because of that the risk of rust emersion is expelled.       
The welding wire is most sensitive to rust; therefore it was first to be packed on the new line. However all ranges of wires can be packed with a waterproof material. Besides, scales for supersize bundles are installed in steel-rolling manufacture. Now each coil will get out of division with the marking label on which the weight is specified. Transition to such process of packing is carried out under the requests of customers.
Three spooling lines are also installed in steel-rolling manufacture. They are more productive and are completely automated.
In steel-rolling manufacture of EVRAZ ZSMK, diameters of wire are from 0.8 to 9 mm. Products are delivered in regions of Russia and the CIS countries.
