The acquisition combines two highly compatible fastener industry companies and strengthens the presence of Southwest Fastener in the Albuquerque, NM, USA, and in the state of New Mexico.  The present intent is for the employees, inventory and manufacturing of The Bolt Company to move to Southwest Fastener's current location in Albuquerque.
