Reed Machinery, Inc., Worcester, MA, USA, and ORT International AG with headquarters in Niederhasli, Switzerland and operations in Castelleone, Italy, have announced a joint venture agreement for two and three-die machines designed by ORT International in Italy to be assembled at Reed Machinery's facility in Worcester. The joint venture provides a means for the two companies to share technical information and optimize the machines' technology, costing, marketing and service for the North American market.  Both ORT International designed machines and service of machines already installed in North America are now available by contacting Reed Machinery, Inc.
