The Program de Protection to Consumer (Procon), through the office in Campinas city, SP, Brazil, announced on October 2 a recall in a website caused by fasteners. In the website, the Procon informed about the need of replacing clamp screws in seat tubes, the holder screws and handlebar grips bikes, from mark "Tito Times Santos", rim 16, manufactured between January and December 2012. Still according to the information from Procon, the company emphasized the disruption of the screw on clamp in seat tube, can cause the seatpost to slip down and fall and can cause the movement of the handlebars in relation to the fork seatpost which may cause the loss of steering and cause possible collision. Consumers were advised to seek more information by calling 0800 552 210 or logging on the company website.
