Dudenhoeffer joined EFC International in 1993 as a Sales Engineer. He held the position of Strategic Business Units Manager and in this capacity was instrumental in EFC's improvement in innovation, service and success. In 2012, he was promoted to the position of Vice President and has played an integral role in executing strategy and driving the overall success of EFC. Douglas Adams will maintain the position of CEO of the company. And EFC has announced the addition of Jim Self, as Business Unit Manager for Clamps. Self's responsibilities will be the development and strategic planning for continued growth for the clamp business unit and support to OEM's, distributors and suppliers.
