China Baosteel announced to increase the price of hot-rolled products for September by RMB 150 per ton; as for cold-rolled products and flat-rolled electrical steel, the prices will be also increased by RMB 120 per ton. This is the first price increase of Baosteel after May 2013. The analyst thinks that this is the confirmation to the expectation of price increase in the market from the big steel manufacturer.
