Chun Yu New Directors and Supervisors List Sees 2 Seats from Pro-market Faction

On June 26, Chun Yu held its reelection of directors and supervisors. Bruce Sun, Ming Huang Lee, Shi Ho Lee, Huei Chen Lin, and Tung Feng Wang are elected as directors; Xi Chan Lee, Chi Tai Chen, Jin Chi Gan are elected as supervisors
To review the 5 seats of directors, 3 seats are from the pro-company faction while the remaining 2 seats are from the pro-market faction. As is understood, about 40% of Chun Yu’s shares are held in hand by the Lee’s family and 30% are held by the Gan’s family.
