The two companies maintained a joint venture in the industrial plant on Sarzedo, Minas Gerais state, Brazil, named Ciser Nedschroef Automotive Fasteners.
The partnership for the manufacturing of fasteners for the automotive industry began in 2008 when this new plant was opened - with an investment of approximately US$ 40 million. This union allowed important exchange between companies, uniting the know-how and expertise in market where both have successful history.
In the letter distributed, the public was informed that it happened in consensus, and both should study a new and better model to give continuity in this joint venture and keep the technological partnership, resultant of approach during these two years. In this form, the operation was renamed to Ciser Automotive Fasteners.
