Japan "Chemical Screw" Company Released Plastic Micro-Screw

Japan "Chemical Screw" relaesed plastic mircro-screw(プラスチックマイクロねじ) on September 1st and received positive feedback from the mobile and medical machinary industry. The screw includes 3 types: M1.6, M1.4 and M1.2 (each one of them has both L2.5 and L4. ), six specifications in total. The screw's material includes 2 types: PA-made "Reny" (intesified by glass fiber) and PEEK, both of which are plastic materials. "Reny" is the hardest plastic in the world and is used on mobile phones or watches with lower electricity consumption, while "PEEK" is much more acid-risitent and alkali-resistant and is used on cleasing devices for semi-conductors and integrated circuits. Both "Reny" and "PEEK" can be fastened with average drivers.
