SRC Group has newly built its third facility in Zhejiang to expand production capacity. It was reported that the facility land reaching 50 acres, already under construction, and expected to be completed by spring in 2013.

The main products of Special Rivets Corp. (SRC) include a comprehensive series of blind rivets, rivet nuts and high quality labor-saving hand tools. 99% of the products are export-oriented and the company has over 700 customers from over 150 countries. The headquarters of SRC are situated in Taiwan. In 2000, SRC set up the first subsidiary, SRC Metal (Shanghai) Co., in Shanghai and the second one in Zhejiang in 2004. Since then, SRC has doubled its production and sales. Today, the monthly output of its various blind rivets reaches 500 million pieces and hand tool products 150 thousand pieces. Chih-Hao Chang, Vice President of SRC, Shanghai stated that the goal of SRC is to become one of the world’s top three blind rivets manufacturers within 5 years.
