Jim Fall of 3M's industrial adhesive & tape division will be the Associate State-of-the-Industry speaker at the 2012 Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association 2012 convention. The 36th annual convention will be November 4-6, 2012, in Orlando.

Fall has been with 3M for 25 years and is currently the division's business & operation director based in St. Paul, MN. Previous 3M roles include sales & marketing director of the 3M personal care division; business manager of the converter markets; business director of 3M's European adhesive & tape division. STAFDA president Kramer Darragh of Little Rock, AR-based Darragh Co. will give the distribution State-of-the-Industry speech. Former U.S. secretary of state Condoleezza Rice will be the keynote speaker.
