Following the good news from the various economic indicators in the U.S., its real estate market also turns for the better. It is reported that the chief culprit of the global financial crisis, the U.S. housing market, has recently shown a sign of rebounding after hitting rock bottom. According to the U.S. Commerce Department, the U.S. housing starts jumped 9.3% in November 2011, compared to that of the previous month, posting the highest monthly figure in one and a half year, and the building permits in the same month also climbed 5.7%. Some industry insiders said that the building industry has long been the weakest sector in the U.S. economy recovery; now with the good news from the building sector and the growth of the U.S. steel price, fastener sales to the U.S. in the future is optimistic.
