By actively increasing product types over last two years, Brighton-Best International Inc. reinvested by Ta Chen Stainless Pipe Co., Ltd. has become the global leading fastener distributor. The stockholders committee of the company decided by vote that the net income after tax last year and the retained earnings of the year before last year, totally NT 135 million, is reserved for the use of continuous overseas market expansion and the consolidation of distribution channels. The markets of Brighton-Best cover America, Canada, UK, Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand. The consolidated turnover last year was NT$ 4.609 billion; the net operating profit was NT$ 157 million; the net income was NT$ 18 million. The turnover by May this year was NT$ 2.418 billion, annually increasing 33%. The net income in the first five months this year was NT$ 111 million; comparatively, the same time period last year was only NT$ 19 million.
