Japanese Auto Parts Industies Move to Danyang, China in Group

Danyang governemnt in Jiangsu, China and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) the other day jointly launched Japan Auto Parts Industrial Park (JAPIC), whose main members are "Japanese auto parts small business group," and which will put into production in November, 2011. Currently Japan investment enterprises quickly move their business chains overseas. This new industrial park will bring in Japan small business primarily, planning to build the top professional auto parts  industrial park in China.  Reportedly, the industrial park occupies a extensive 310 acre site, the whole building area is 103,000 square meter, and one of the construction period is for  25 million square meter. It is expected to be opened this November. Accoding to the plan, Japan auto parts industrial park construction will be divided into two periods. The first phase is mainly for JAPIC, and  the second is for Japan Auto Equipment Industrial Park (JAEIC).                                                                                                                                                                     Influenced by the earthquake, Japan auto parts supply chain falterd for a time. Therefore, the plan to move Japan auto parts small business industry overseas is continuously hastened. It is expected that 30-50 companies will enter JAPIC at the end of the year and 300 auto parts companies will enter in the follwoing three years. Based on the report, the Japanese companies which enter JAPIC will practice systems such as, purchasing raw materials, sharing distribution channels, managing employees all jointly so as to lower cost price. Meanwhile, JAPIC organization members will be supported by the government in different aspects such as relative laws and regulations, custom clearances, labor managements service, so that they can focus on production and R&D.
